Policarpa Salavarrieta (Guaduas, 26 de enero de 1795 - Santafé de Bogotá, 14 de noviembre de 1817)¹ fue una heroína de la independencia de Colombia, también conocida como La Pola, actuó como espía de las fuerzas independentistas y murió fusilada durante la Reconquista Española
