Tinka Hessenheffer

Tinka Emmenellia Hessenheffer (born November 28, 1996) isGunther Hessenheffer's fraternal twin. She went on a date with Ty Blue in the episode Add It Up (see: Tinka-Ty Relationship). She and Gunther both wear unique, sparkley clothes and have Eurpeon accents. She and Gunther are the rivals of CeCe Jones and Rocky Blue. Tinka is a backround dancer on "Shake It Up Chicago!".
